DotaBeyond's First Blood Tournament

As DotaBeyond is growing significantly, we felt the need to contribute to the Dota 2 scene in SEA with our very own tournament!

We could not wait to announce our very first tournament so we have already opened registrations for teams to sign up!

The tournament will be held on the 1st/2nd of June and 8/9 June 2013.
Currently, our prize pool includes 60 treasure keys in total for the in-game Dota 2 store and USD175 worth of Steam Wallet, sponsored by the guys over at e-Club Malaysia! DotaBeyond is currently in talks with a number of organizations regarding prize sponsorship and will increase the prizepool.

We are expecting 64 teams in total competing in the league, and we are in discussion with Valve to provide us with a DotaTV ticket bundled with a courier that we are developing so viewers may buy the tournament ticket and watch it in game.

Casters for the tournament will include our very own casters:
Kae Liu aka Kae, he has been casting matches from many tournaments such as Littany League, DotaTalk Gold Cup, Gosucup Asia III & IV, OGM Dota 2 SEA Open, Noxious Gaming Dota 2 Open, Armageddon Singapore, NLGS Oceania and etc.

Nguyễn Phương Khánh Tùng aka Madcatz and he too has casted many tournaments from Littany League to DotaCinema’s Smoke of Defeat EU/NA to Myanmar Armaggedon Grand Slam Qualifier and more.

More information on the tournament here: http://www.dotabeyond.com/forum/showthread.php?34-Tournament-Details

Currently, there will be at least 3 tournaments I will be joining under team ToT (Team of Throwers) which was a name suggested by me. As I have mentioned earlier, I am spicing up my blog with my Dota 2 ventures and trying to go as far on the top 8's of the entire SEA region if possible or the least a stable Top 10 because my teams are all amateurs and we have more lives than professional teams I guess? Heck cares well...

DotaBeyond's First Blood Tournament , Dota 2 The Bounties and The Rampage DotA 2 Tournament will be participated and attended by Royce.

Dota 2 The Bounties - Malaysia

It is said that not every victory is meaningful – we beg to differ.
E-Club proudly brings to you Dota 2 – The Bounties. Contrary to the traditional game formats, every win on this tournament will be instantly gratified.
The name is apt to the format, as every win will let a team receive a ‘bounty’, and thus a progressive prize is developed as a team advances further into the tournament.
Dota 2 – The Bounties is an online tournament, and it will be played on seven different SEA countries.

Team of Throwers

Unfortunately, this team disbanded rather fast after two weeks facing tough foes and I have analyzed two weak players in the team therefore I had removed the team roster as they do not made me think they are good at all. One of them have failed in mentality and experience with the added support and carry role which is not up to standard. Thus, it all ended but I will be finding better teams at least as long I still compete. I'm not the best and I'm also not the worse! Call me steady, maybe?

Not to mention, this team really sucks in my opinion.

G-1 Champions League Season 5

We have witnessed incredible upsets as well as exciting games this weekend. From Invictus Gaming's fall from being undefeatable, to the Western team of Alliance showing that China is not the only nation that can play DotA. Today is the third and final day of the tournament, the last three matches which will decide who the best team in the world is today.

G-1 Champions League began its fifth season with hundreds of teams from around the world. Eventually it was whittled down to six of the world's best. Those six teams were even invited to VALVE's very own, The International 3 in Seattle, Washington. This weekend they went head to head in spectacular fashion and today the final four will play for a chance at the $40,200 first place prize.

Will Alliance be able to maintain their perfect record? Or will an on-fire LGD China be able to overcome the Swedes in order to bring glory to their nation. Stay tuned and find out!

Black Monday

Why Black Monday? It is actually a sign of Malaysia's democracy falling ill ever since the year of 1969 which is experienced by all the modern generations of young adults and old people. Election frauds were the main cause of the opposition's downfall and there is a need to protest, reunite and to topple the corrupted regime which we all known of in Malaysia.

Whose behind all this? Why? Definitely the government itself which is now weaker have to explain this. Over 13 millions of voter and exactly 51% voters went for Pakatan Rakyat but just of fewer seats than compared to Barisan National's 46% voters with more seats? Do they actually know how to calculate the actual winner?

By right, this is not the fault of Sarawakians or Sabahan... It is also considering the West Malaysia's rural places that still vote for the same government for over five decades and had never changed their mindset and understanding of politic moves yet.

Is there anyway to help? You could be the future in the case there is formation in PRU14 election. Or before that, there will be miracles where this weakened government will face the truth due to their racism statements , hatred among certain races and not uniting and having a secured safety country for the citizens.

Black Monday for democracy in Malaysia happened at 6th of May, 2013. It will mark the people's unity and how they understand politic movements in the country nationwide.

Ubah 505 Sarawak

This is sourced from Facebook's Ubah 505 Sarawak fanpage. Are you going for the finale? I might have a 50 - 50 chance of going there to join and unite... Of course it's going to be hot and crowded but we are there for a purpose. To change the current weak and foul government who have done less and more corruption in the regime. Pakatan Rakyat or known as PR deserved a 5 years to govern Malaysia? Why not just give that the mandate to serve? They can get very good income and I am pretty sure they can change to be a better Malaysia for all!

Barisan National on the other hand has governed for 55~56 years and has not give good promises to the citizens of Malaysia. Tunku Abdul Rahman was toppled during a crisis event and it turned out that from my research, the 2nd Prime Minister of Malaysia is up to no good during the old days based on the true facts of history.

I believed Tunku Abdul Rahman and the ones who are sacrificed in Malaysia for politic reasons will be avenged. Corruption is the main deal and I am sure the world is eyeing on us for now. Let's do the best to vote against the illegal immigrants as sourced from websites and real-time events... Vote out against phantom voters as well!

INI KALI LAH !!! PAKATAN RAYKAT!!!!!!
