Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is 2.5D action adventure game directed and produced by IGA. He will also handle the role of scenario writer on the project. Castlevania series composer Michiru Yamane will join him along with developer Inti Creates, the same studio behind Keji Inafune's Mighty No. 9, Azure Striker Gunvolt, and Mega Man 9 and 10.

IGA decided to go with 2.5D for this project for both financial and artistic reasons. All decisions in game development involve trade-offs, and for Bloodstained a 2.5D world built on Unreal Engine 4 was the right choice to balance development time, graphical fidelity, budget, and scope.

At the same time, IGA is very excited about exploring the paths a 2.5D style opens up within the classic Igavania formula. As he begins a new chapter of his career as a developer, he's looking forward to trying things that will enhance, rather than detract from, that core gameplay.

Still, though, we would never discount the fans' love for that classic style. The development team is looking forward to working with backers every step of the way to decide on custom shaders that will give the game a distinctive, hand-crafted look. Games like Guilty Gear and Strider are proof that 2.5D can be handled in a way that honors a classic aesthetic while allowing for new possibilities; that’s what IGA hopes to achieve with this project.

And of course, since it's an Igavania game, the 2D gameplay and feel are nonnegotiable.

Remarkably, I have also set my budget to purchase the $28 Digital Copy Version of this game itself made for Steam! It'll take another two years close enough to have it released. I don't mind it as long I have pledged and supported the fifth game project in Kickstarter.

Elephone P7000

Elephone P7000 Android 5.0 4G Phablet 5.5 inch FHD Screen MTK6752 64bit 1.7GHz Octa Core Press Touch ID Function

CPU: MediaTek MT6752 64bit 1.7GHz octa-core high-speed processing platform
GPU: ARM MALI-T760
Display: 5.5inch IPS, 1920 x 1080pixels
OS :Android 5.0
Camera: Back-13MP, front-5.0MP
SIM card: Dual SIM (Micro sim and normal sim)
Bluetooth: 4.0
Positioning: GPS, A-GPS
RAM: 3GB
ROM: 16GB

So, here I am again with an actual flagship phablet from the newest brand called Elephone! Have you heard of it? The company started around 2006 and has been growing past these 9 years with all sorts of R&D and marketing developments at their hand. So, I kind of stumbled through various social media websites and saw Elephone as a whole.

They provide different range of smartphone series and they are generally sold at factory price! That's what caught my attention lately. Besides popular brands that popped up since 2014 like Xiaomi , Oppo , Meizu and maybe Ulefone, Elephone have taken their footstep towards the glorious smartphone competitive world and seems to put a remarkable official website for the taking.

Their line of smartphones costed around USD$119.99 by the minimum and mostly are embedded with Octa-Core chip! It's rather cheap as compared to the more expensive range of phones which similar specs. Approximately RM430.62 and you could own one of Elephone's lowest series of smartphone provided.

What I'm trying to show you though is something Elephone call it as their very own "The Annual Flagship" smartphone called P7000. The product specs I have posted above has been dazzling across tech gadget websites and also social media networking areas and it is still growing! I took my time studying the nature of Elephone and it's brand and decided to pre-order one as well. Being the 2015's flagship phone, it is using the latest MediaTek CPU processor of 64-bit while also being 4G LTE capable as a whole.

As I kept on viewing through their flash sales front page and other offers related to P7000, I then confirmed my order which consist of Champagne Gold color to be my next smartphone that I hopefully will not change within two years later. That's exceptional unless I have made significant incomes from my current upcoming job for a change.

Either way, I feel that after deciding to be part of Elephone. I start to feel the cons of Xiaomi phones in the very same price range. There's a lot to talk about it as well namely the RAM issues , CPU being Snapdragon instead of Mediatek and so much more.

But skip that through, I'm now proudly a ready-to-be Elephone P7000 owner by the end of this month! Hopefully it comes around by then or early June 2015. Their pre-order is still ongoing until 21st of May so guys better hurry up because the price will markup back again.

Sincerely,
Royce

Xiaomi Mi 4i

It's about time I announce myself as the true fans of Xiaomi brand. Let's talk brief about my preferences. I started off sawing Xiaomi promotions and advertisement through Facebook and social medias link. To amaze me, the price of their phones were very affordable. So back in 2014, I started to purchase Redmi 1S as a kickstart back in July with Redmi Note 3G in advance. I had a longer span of using them for around a year until recently. I did sold off Redmi 1S around November as I did not used it for around roughly six months. But Redmi Note 3G has been with me until then, Mi 4i will probably be my next mid-range flagship phone. I called it my own flagship but it's not to be confused with the global audiences! Enough for the talk. Let you see my 12th smartphone I am using for almost a decades plus! In future, I might just post screenshots with relevant descriptions for eyecatching tidbits.

The pricing of Rs.12999 leads to approx. RM749 in Malaysia!

Hugo Barra with his famous Xiaomi speech giving ceremony

The wide variety of color for Mi 4i which is somewhat comparable to iPhone 5c but better

The benchmark of smartphones in 2015 proved Mi 4i being dominant

The global launch in India and it's presentation slide referring to the benchmark score surpassing 40,000 above for Mi 4i with Antutu is a plus

Hope you enjoy this short but simple post. It will launch at South East Asia region this coming May 2015. Keep yourself ready!

GosuCup Hearthstone SEA 2015

Announcing GosuCup SEA Hearthstone 2015, now with bigger prize pool and Blizzcon points

GosuGamers is happy to announce that the hugely successful GosuCup SEA series will make its return this April. In cooperation with Blizzard, the tournament will have not only an increased prize pool, but also award valuable World Championship points.

We started the GosuCup SEA initiative in November last year with plans to support the South-East Asian scene on a grass roots level. Over the course of four months, we held 16 tournaments, mixing “regular” and “budget” formats to give everyone with love for Hearthstone a chance to make a name for himself. Every Saturday, hundreds of enthusiast flocked to GosuCup SEA, representing not only themselves, but also their country. National rivalries but also sound friendships were created as the circuit marched towards its grand conclusion.
In late February, we collected the 32 best players in the region and after a long day of spirited card slinging we crowned Aki “AkiSera” Sera as the grand champion of the 2014 circuit. Since then, our inboxes received multiple emails with the same question: “Will there be more?”
As a matter of fact there will be. Much more. Announcing the GosuCup SEA Hearthstone 2015 circuit.

We're back, and bigger!

The 2015 season of GosuCup SEA is the continuation of the hugely successful GosuCup SEA 2014 circuit, designed to support the local scene on a grassroots level. In its new season, GosuCup SEA will be tightly connected with the 2015 World Championship campaign, awarding not only prize money but valuable World Championship points as well. The tournament will be covered on GosuCup.com, the portal that will also contain all relevant information about the circuit.
Every Saturday, players from the SEA region – including Indonesia, India, Malaysia, The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam – will be free to sign up and compete in one of the 16 open tournaments, spanning between April and July. Compared to the previous season, however, the stakes are now higher:

  • $500 in prize money for each cup, which is a five-fold increase compared to 2014. This purse will be split $300 / $100 / $50 for first, second and third/fourth
  • World Championship points will be awarded to the best players as follows:

  • 1st place: 20 points
  • 2nd place: 10 points
  • 3rd/4th place: 5 points
  • 5-16th place: 1 point

  • Modified “Conquest” format will be used in all cups. Players can have one deck per class and upon winning a game, the class will be locked for the remainder of the series

GosuCup SEA 2015  is officially sanctioned and partnered with Blizzard Entertainment Southeast Asia. The series provides more World Championship points especially for SEA players. Prove the strength of the region – sign up, compete and earn your spot in the global finals!

Mark your calendars – GosuCup SEA 2015 is coming soon!

The first GosuCup SEA will be held on April 4th, starting at 14:00 SGT and registrations for it will open one week before that, on March 27th. The initial maximum number of players will be set to 256. However, we’re prepared to increase that maximum should the interest in the tournament be higher.
A new cup will follow every Saturday at 14:00 SGT. Registrations for each cup will open on the Monday before the event at 07:00 SGT.

Also, on a second note, I am your Click-Storm's Hall of Fame Top 4 Hearthstone player. Raking up so many points out of 110 players. Basically, I own myself an Armaggeddon Nuke 7 gaming earphone which is pretty much a blast! Also, being the Sarawakian with the power to wrestle with West Malaysians. I do hope to have some local team mates that's as strong enough to play this epic Warcraft card game together. I shall do whatever it takes to emerge as champion!

That concludes my winning records for now! Thank you to Armaggeddon Singapore , Click-Storm for this worthy gift.

  •     20 Mar, online, 20-00

At the 27th February, I clinched Top 6 out of 52 participants which isn't an easy run. But it was great winning a fake AMAZ nicknamed user from Singapore and also a good win against aKiSera, the current leading champion player in Malaysia. It proofs that ranks doesn't really matter. Only timing , strategies , deck counters and mindset would lead me this far.

It was my first and foremost best result ever concerning so many SEA players are into play. Excluding the Top 32 finishes from 128 participants back at one of the GosuCup seasons. Back to topic, I lost only to an Indonesian pro called Kev and he was praising me for my aggressive Hunter deck execution. It was a very close game to me! Despite lacking many legendary cards, I am able to put a good fight with them.

The rest of the event, I did not have a good run but at least beaten one or two players especially GosuCup event and also ZOTAC cup which will be held this coming Sunday again! There are news that the earlier stated would have new series coming up again for Hearthstone players in SEA.

I'm ready to join as many in order to put my battle experience into play! Do not mess with my mixed decks as I studied them from time to time to make the best out of it. Just some hype in my article here.

PiPO W2F Tablet

Lately, I researched around Lelong.my to Lazada in order to buy an affordable Tablet PC. It came to my findings that PiPO brand is extraordinary working fine for it's price. Just around RM529, you'll be able to play almost all games within 30FPS or maybe less. Hey? It's the price that's wonderful but to add-on with casing and such it'll cost over RM40 to RM120 based on what your ordering.

So far so good, I just received it and I find it very professionally made.

Rank 9 Hearthstone Player

After much struggles between Rank 10 above back and forth, I have finally within 4 months time accomplished my standard of reaching even lower! Which proofs that I am capable of thwarting a lot of tough opponents.

It was 16th February 2015 where I emerged victorious against a tough Control Priest. The game was pretty stale until I went Doomhammer with my faithful Shaman deck. Of course, my Mech Mage and Aggro Hunter deck will still be around to pull some firepower.

I am glad to have reached so far and this is one of my happiest day because it shows I can cope with a lot of pro players from now on until Legend ranks! In fact, I went on tournaments such as GosuCup to face former Legends and had 1 : 2 scores before losing but overall, I was just warming up and I had by right did a lot better than I was started this game.

Such feeling of progress. I am not sure about you but I believed in never giving up per battle faced!

GosuGamer 2015 Card Design Contest

Cool stuff inbound, fellow Hearthstone fans! Starting this month, GosuGamers is giving you the opportunity to be creative and compete for awesome Hearthstone prizes. What we want from you? Easy: Design a Hearthstone card.

The "GosuGamers card design contest" will run every month, from February to December, and will be open and free for everyone who wants to take part in it. The rules are simple: design a Hearthstone card and send it to us. If we like it, we'll put it for community voting and the three winners will go home with prizes.

In addition to that, every month will feature a different theme which contestants must follow when they design and submit their creations. To give a "wilder" start to the competition, the February episode will have an open theme, meaning you can do anything - minions, secrets, spells, Mage weapons... We have just three restrictions:

1) Don't do new classes or hero powers.
2) Don't invent new keywords. If you want to create a new mechanic, word it out.
3) While we enjoy seeing strong cards, don't invent the 0 mana cards that win the game when played. Those will not get many votes from the crew! Try to find a good balance between what you think is a balanced, playable card with a cool concept.

Here's a breakdown of how each month of card design will go:

  •     First day: New theme is announced and submission inboxes open
  •     1st-15th: Submissions inbound! Send us your stuff so we can judge it.
  •     16-19th: GosuCrew reveals their top 20 cards. These go up for community voting.
  •     19-28th: Community voting!
  •     Final day: Winners are announced. They can now brag to their friends how amazing they are and throw a Hearthstone pillow in their face.

Guess what?! I found this opportunity and took almost 30 minutes of scrambling through Warcraft's artwork and manipulated a new card. It's logical , it's sexy and hot! What could it be? It's none other than a Night Elf race we all have seen but not the name!

So, whose the author? It's none other than me. I have submitted this artwork filled with confidence whether it's selected or not but in hopes of winning, it's a cool card in my whole opinion. Let's see how well Moira Darkheart sparks the community.

Ok, greetings once again! I am Royce and will be telling you that I am currently a former Rank 12 player from Sarawak and I just played for four months of Hearthstone accumulated. A lot of West Malaysians do admired me and I had to thank them for they know I had spend quite many efforts in it recently. As for the current Season 11, I am only Rank 17 but I'll try my best to reach as far as possible. The newbies started from Rank 25 until they reach Rank 20 where the game starts to heat up. Not many are able to reach lower than Rank 19 due to their decision making and also cards farmed maybe? Best advise is to revise your deck, be precise about the card's benefit and how it will turn your game into a good outcome and lessen the bad ones.

Let's skip for now. I got sponsored by NoScopes Glasses after I applied for it. I hope I can work hard and tell you to buy things from there on. It makes me motivated to play Hearthstone and what not? My MOBA game... Like Dota 2 would be considered! What's good about it? If you are a serious gamer, you would eventually have a try with it. Resident Evil HD Remaster

Resident Evil is a survival horror title developed by Capcom at the beginning of the 21st Century. It is a remake of the 1996 title of the same name. While this version was simply titled Resident Evil, it is often known under the informal titles of Resident Evil: Remake or Resident Evil: Rebirth (abbreviated REmake and REbirth, respectively) to disambiguate it from the original title. In Japan, the remake's title is spelled in lower-case letters (biohazard) in its logo along with the other GameCube installments, in contrast to the previous games' logos, which spelled the title in upper-case letters (BIOHAZARD). The game is notable for its stunning, exceptional graphics. It received positive reviews from video games critics, with many praising the much needed overhaul and increased scare factor.

Ranked 3662 out of the current 47807 players worldwide!

Feels achieved. Sarawak's Top Gamer perhaps? I had a gameplay of 56 hours but mostly are AFK moments but this four days were worth the run! Resident Evil HD Remaster is one of the best remake in the series. Lob shotgun ammo against zombies and boss fights have never been so good! Great graphics, redefined atmosphere. What more to offer? Invested RM65.30 in it and had fun totally. There maybe hints of Resident Evil 2 HD Remaster incoming as well. Hopefully it's as great as ever with more replayabilities!

Dota 2 Intercollegiate Competition 2015

Gizmo Arena @ OneTJ

‪#‎DotA2‬ Intercollegiate Competition hosted by Campus Gamerz Club PTPL Kuching.

Date:17 Jan 2015 (Saturday)
Time: 9am
Venue: Level 4, Gizmo Arena @OneTJ
Registration Fee: RM50/team
Format: Single Elimination
Limit: 16 teams.

Terms & Conditions: Open for tertiary students only. Register in a team of 5 players from the same university/college/institution and must have Valid Student ID Card.

Registration link: http://bit.ly/d2gizmo

MY THOUGHTS

In my opinion, Swinburne will eventually win by 80% of all intercollegiate tournament just like the sports. People would ask. Why? Simple. The players are part of the 5000 in between that studies in the campus. Players of all kind would eventually unite and form a strong team. Which is why, KMG is the first ever team to win championship at Gizmo's first ever university tournament.

It looks nostalgic. Kolo Mee Gaming was founded by me based on fine recruits. The players have now been switching between different teams and still forming the best and formidable Swinburne roster team to win any tournaments related. I'm proud of them despite I'm not actually "tryhards" of the entire foundation and team. I hope they know why I'm slackey but still know whose good players in the scene.

The other college does not pose much of a threat because I have studied the population. Only SEGi and Sunway have one or two players that was with me or managed before that will have chance in toppling this kind of tournaments or events.

Again, all hail KMG's early time. I hope to re-invent the tag with some little money investment to the fanpage. Doing giveaways and E-Sports event as a never-ending gamer and analyst!

Call of Duty Championship 2015

Call of Duty Championship Including MLG US Qualifiers and Championship Announced

Competition to be Broadcasted on MLG.TV

The third annual Call of Duty Championship, presented by Activision, Sledgehammer Games and Xbox, in partnership with Major League Gaming and international eSports partners returns to Los Angeles from March 27-29. The tournament will play host to 32 of the best Call of Duty teams from around the globe, as they compete for the right to be called the Call of Duty “World Champions”, and claim the bulk of the tournament’s $1 million prize pool.

The best teams from five continents, Asia, Australia, North America, South America and Europe will compete for a spot through a range of qualifying events broadcast on MLG.tv, with select live regional finals taking place February through early March in Australia, Brazil, the U.K. and the U.S. The live regional finals will also be broadcast on MLG.tv.

PERSONAL OPINION

I was hoping that MLG would notice SEA region more seriously after it's politic and economic standards are stable after a few years later from now on. Oh come on! I have the potential to join these tournaments and maybe whoop up some Top 4 teams out of 512. But we don't have this kind of luck. But all the best as this tournament has been held I think for almost six years annually which I suggest to have a change of pro players in it. Asians versus the World. Literally!

BR1M 2015

Well, hello guys! It's 2015. Been a while I have blogged actively from 2007 until late 2011. But once in a while, you can surf back and see something special for you and everyone out there. So, first post of this year would be regarding BR1M. A sponsored funding to be paid for Malaysia citizens to get that "extra money" in hand if you are eligible.

Likewise, I am waiting for my very own RM350! I have once received the BR1M Cash Voucher worth RM250 which is meant to be spent at Popular , Sky book stores. I was able to get several cook books , headphones and etc. So what have you gotten with? This is different.

I am competing for this RM350 as it is different from the past cash voucher RM250 worth for college and university students. I have registered anyway so it is almost time for distribution by one weeks plus from now on.

QUESTION!

How would you spend it? I have many ideas for those who received RM350 regarding using it and also saving. It is based on 2015's new product and things you would like or skip for savings to your account! Each choices vary based on your taste.

15 WAYS OF SPENDING BR1M 2015

1. Buy Nokia 215 (RM102.60 valued phone)

2. Spent RM50 for mobile phone reloads to communicate with anyone!

3. Bank in RM300 to your CIMB , Public , Maybank etc and use RM50 for personal monthly use

4. Buy 20 packs of Fried Instant Noodle

5. Do hair and facial treatment using around RM95

6. Buy Grand Theft Auto V (PC Edition) as long you own a gaming rig worth RM1999 for playability

7. Invest in medicines or pills around RM100 to prevent sickness (coughs , flus , stomaches , fever , minor symptoms to relieve a better life)

8. Buy Mi Band worth RM59 (Good for balancing healthy lifestyle, tracks your daily health statistics)

9. Buy Battlefield : Hardline (PC Edition) for awesome PC gaming excitement

10. Purchase Chinese New Year clothings through Lelong , Mudah.my

11. Donate RM50 to churches and temples separately as good faith

12. Spend a certain amount to treat your family or loved ones to western foods or Japanese cuisine!

13. Create a DIY shirt or dress costing around RM70

14. Spend RM150 for hair colorings or nail treatment (females only)

15. Keep RM350 to your bank so you can take it out anytime to use! For ANYTHING within 3 to 4 months

So, I hope this gives you an idea how to spend the "extra money" as relief to us young adults out there! And also find a stable job to boost em' up.
